It is the beginning of the financial year - how did you do last year? What do you wish to do next year?
Like the vast majority of businesses you probably thought little about planning last year, and little for the coming year. But if you wish to double your net profit how would you do it? Where do you start, how do you progress?
Various techniques will be highlighted (including an example where your net profit is doubled with only an 8% increase in sales!), and leading edge technologies will be demonstrated by Greg Farmilo, a Chartered Accountant and expert in planning for businesses.
In Planning for Profit the topics covered include:
- Where to focus on when preparing to plan for the year ahead;
- Important, yet simple tools to use when planning for profit;
- Why small businesses fail - and how to reduce this risk;
- Leading edge technologies including Financial Impact and Action Planning;
- Detailed notes will be provided; and
- All of these aspects will be provided in a practical and commonsense manner!
