Financial Planning is an interesting field. Quite a number of accounting firms are trying to open up their own financial planning divisions. However we in Farmilo & Co have deliberately focused on our core accounting and business management services, rather than become side tracked by other financial matters that really ought to be handled by professionals who focus on that area exclusively. Indeed, we talk with some insight – Greg received his CFP qualification (one of the highest qualifications for financial planners) in 2001.

Accordingly, we only refer to those whom we have the utmost respect for with regards to their experience, diligence and ethics.

Stephen Poucher & Associates

Mr Stephen Poucher is one of only a handful of reputable financial planners that Farmilo & Co would highly recommend in regards to this ever-changing financial sphere. Stephen is reputable, ethical, and above all, knowledgeable. His skills and knowledge are highly sought after and his thoughts have been published in a number of investment magazines and news publications.

The well respected Australian magazine The Bulletin said in 2003 of Stephen during the darker days of the stockmarket down turn "It is true that not all planners can be tarred with the same brush. There are a number of small outfits not tied to the large super providers that place an emphasis on service and quality. Steve Poucher says he seeks regular contact with his clients. "Our business is about not being afraid to give clients bad news.
